Kyabje Gyang Khang Chotrul Rinpoche, the Chief of Namdroling Monastery traveled to Lukshama Drubdhe Phuntsok Ngayab Palri, Sikkim, for the Mahaparinirvana offerings to His Holiness Dodrubchen Rinpoche, the ceremony was conducted by over 200 khenpos, tulkus, lamas, lopons, monks and nuns of Namdroling Monastery and presided by Kyabje Gyang Khang Chotrul Rinpoche and Khenchen Namdrol Tsering Rinpoche. The Namchoe Lama Choedpa along with 100 Deities of Terchen Karma Lingpa with vast feast offerings through actual and imagination were performed.

In the evening The Chief of Namdroling Monastery Kyabje Gyang Khang Chotrul Rinpoche and Khenchen Namdrol Tsering Rinpoche met with Shri Prem Singh Tamang-Tamang, the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Sikkim, and Minister Shri Sonam Lama.
